About the role

We are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead solution design and guide technical delivery across the platform. You will translate business requirements into secure, scalable and maintainable solutions, define architecture standards, and oversee integrations and implementation quality. Working closely with functional consultants, developers and stakeholders, you will mentor the team, resolve complex technical challenges, and challenge requirements that could compromise platform performance, security or upgradeability.

01What you will do

  • 01Own the target architecture across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD and custom applications on one instance.
  • 02Run design authority sessions and sign off every significant customisation.
  • 03Define integration patterns, data models and the CMDB strategy with the client’s enterprise architects.
  • 04Mentor developers and lead the technical side of pre-sales discovery.

02What you bring

  • 01Proven experience in ServiceNow architecture and solution delivery.
  • 02Strong expertise in scripting, integrations and platform security.
  • 03Ability to design scalable, maintainable and upgrade-safe solutions.
  • 04Experience guiding developers and reviewing technical designs.
  • 05Clear communication and confidence to challenge requirements constructively.
  • 06ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications.

03Nice to have

  • 01ServiceNow CTA certification.
  • 02Experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities and AI agents.
  • 03Expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules.
